Some customers have reported problems contacting technical support and not being able to leave a message when our technical support is on the line with another customer.  Callers are asked by a recorded message from Verizon to re-enter the desired number.  We have learned that Verizon is experiencing a problem with their voicemail system.  They are aware of the problem and working on fixing it. 

We apologize for the trouble callers may be experiencing due to a problem out of our control.  Please re-enter the technical support number as requested by the Verizon message.  Believe us, we would like this problem fixed as much as you.  Thank you in advance for your understanding.
